Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment has cleared in our bank account. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from the courier company which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.
Please allow some time before tracking your parcel. It can take up to 24 hours for a courier to book a parcel into their hub, so if you find that there is not information available when you track your parcel please wait a little while and try again.
